UN SPECIAL PROCEDURES
Human rights conditions, including compliance with the international human rights treaties drafted under the auspices of the United Nations, are also monitored by a variety of special rapporteurs, working groups and independent experts – established by the UN Human Rights Council (or its predecessor UN Commission on Human Rights). The thematic special procedures include:
- Special Rapporteur on adequate housing
